✿  –  F.A.Q.  –  ✿

Q: How much do you charge for credit repair?

A: I do not offer credit repair. I only offer the information that I have learned and observed over the years in helping my customers boost their own credit scores. Oh yeah, it’s free. I just share what I have learned to help my customers.

Q: Can you help me do this stuff?

A: The booklet offered here is self-help instructions. I do offer my customers a one hour in person consultation to help identify the best steps to take in their specific situation. Click here to go to that offer now.

Q: How long does it take?

A: My report is divided into general, 30 to 90 days, and 3 to 6 month techniques. I believe I can get almost anyone into their own home in  6-12 months. That means your credit will be at least the 580 needed for FHA low down

Q: How much can I really raise my score by myself?

A: The things I have found can usually add 30-50 points within 1-4 months and much more over time. It depends on how bad it is and how much money you have to make deals and if you already have some current good accounts.

Q: What if I have a BANKRUPTCY?

A: Mortgage loans require at least 1-7 years past major derogatory events to get a home loan but I have seen people with 700+ FICOs just 12 months after a bankruptcy. The trick is to get it done. Don’t struggle for months and months HOPING things will turn around. If bankruptcy is the answer for your situation, do it and start rebuilding your life again. That’s what BK is for! This is a whole other class however.
